Organisers of Face of NUBESS 2016 in Benue State University Clint
Entertainment have disclosed their intention to give special merit
awards to some personalities who have distinguished themselves in one
way or the other.
Aside the general awards, special recognition will be given to Chris
Ikon aka Sticky as most vibrant graduating comrade, Joseph Oche
popularly known as MC Smart as Entertainer of the year and Juwon
Olorunnipa aka Jumabee as NUBESS Artist of the year.

Speaking to Benue.com.ng, the CEO of Clint Entertainment, Augustine
Nwosu who confirmed the development said these ones had proven their
abilities beyond measure and deserved special recognition.
” They were awesome throughout last year, so we decided to honour
them specially as a show of support and encouragement. ” he said.
Jumabee who recently released a single with Cynthia Morgan had a
great year sharing the stage with some of Nigeria’s biggest acts.
MC Smart, a popular figure in Benue entertainment scene is a final
year student of political science while Chris Ikon, former NUBESS
(national) director of action and mobilisation, immediate past Senator
representing economics dept, and CEO of Woods house Entertainment is
also a final year student of Economics, both of Benue State University,
Makurdi.
The awards along with others will be presented at the Face of NUBESS
which hold Thursday, 21 January 2016 at ATC Hall, Second Campus by 5pm.
